Questions
Do your apps upload my files?
No. Our apps do their work on your computer, and your files stay there. The few technical details an app sends are listed on our privacy page.
Do the apps work offline?
vp1 runs offline. For each of our other apps, its store page and this site will say what needs a connection.
How do refunds work?
Purchases from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store are refunded by that store, under its own rules. For anything bought directly from us, write to support@foxenmark.com.
When will the apps be available?
Soon. We will not promise a date until we are sure of it. Write to us if you would like a note when an app is ready.
